  • 350 Million Dollars and 2000 Leaders: In 2012, Amanda Slavin and Tony Hsieh joined forces to create more than 25 experiences that brought over 2000 entrepreneurs, thought-leaders and creatives to Downtown Vegas as a part of the 350 Million Dollar Revitalization Project, giving free talks to the public, using Amanda’s proprietary framework and best-selling book, (The Seventh Level) as the secret sauce for connection.

  • Ripple of Impact: This snowballed into an agency, CatalystCreativ that used the same framework to help brands like Google, The Raiders, NPR, and many more deeply engage their customers in the same meaningful way. From creating a learning series for the largest inner city music festival in the world, to transitioning an NFL team to Downtown Vegas, to launching Cannes Lion award winning digital campaigns, CatalystCreativ impacted millions of lives always with the intention to build community with intention, creating a positive ROI (Ripple of Impact).

  • Teaching people how to fish: We then decided to teach thousands of people our secret sauce for community building (The Seventh Level) with our learning platform, CatalystU. Why sell fish when we can teach people how to fish?
